Small businesses are often offered SEO in one of two ways: agency retainers they cannot afford, or cheap packages that hide what is done. PennyRank sits between the two. Every plan states its monthly work in numbers, every price is published, and every client can leave at the end of any month.
How the Team Delivers the Work
The PennyRank team works remotely, which is one reason the prices stay low. Each client has one point of contact who sends the reports and answers questions. Our writers draft with AI assistance, and a person edits and checks every piece. Before any technical change to a client site, we take a full backup.
What We Do and Do Not Do
- We do: technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content, local citations, Google Business Profile work, AI search optimisation and reporting, within the plans.
- We do: Custom plans for national brands, multi-location firms and large shops.
- We do not: redesign websites inside a plan. Design and development work is quoted separately.
- We do not: promise first-page rankings. No one can, as Google itself says.
- We do not: work with businesses outside the UK.
Our Guarantee and Terms in Brief
Plans are rolling monthly with no VAT and no set-up fee. Clients who have paid for six months in a row get 50% of their fees back if clicks, impressions, keyword rankings and enquiries are all no higher in month 6 than in month 1. The full terms are on plan prices and guarantee terms page.
How Our Guides Are Written and Checked
Our guides are written by the PennyRank team for UK business owners. Every fact that is not about PennyRank names its source, Google’s own documentation wherever it covers the point. Each guide shows the date it was published and the date it was last updated.
